Charcoal Drawings

 

 

Students were challenged to come up with an interesting composition using pipes shaded with charcoal.  Check out some of the amazing results.

 

Charcoal Pipe Drawings

 

After viewing pavement drawings by the artist Julian Beever, students used vine charcoal to create an interesting composition of pipes .  They were also allowed to use a small amount of color with chalk pastels.
